Information you choose to send
When you submit a project inquiry, the form asks for a reply email and a project brief. Product family and quantity are optional. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or material you are not authorized to share.
How inquiry information is used
Your inquiry is used to review your requirements, respond and discuss the project. Form notifications go to the AWG team at david@artworldgift.com, jeremiah@artworldgift.com and anna@artworldgift.com through the configured email service. Emailing us directly also uses your email provider.
Website operation and security
The website uses WordPress and hosting services. Technical requests can be processed by hosting, caching and security services. The inquiry handler uses a temporary salted network identifier to limit repeated submissions; it does not save the inquiry message as a WordPress product or content record.
Review, retention and your requests
Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information connected with your inquiry. Requests need to be verified and reviewed against the project record and any applicable obligations. Unconverted inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication. Records connected with an agreed project are retained according to the contract and applicable legal obligations.
